Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your gear to us for a full credit, should you not be 100% satisfied or you no longer require your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to return:
- Contact the team on 1300 850 824, or by email at admin@xtremeproducts.com.au. Please provide your order or tax invoice number, and the items you'd like to return.
- You will be emailed a con note/postage label to print, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Place the items in the original satchel/carton if possible, or similar size bag or carton, and attach the con note/postage label (please cross out/cover any old shipping labels)
- If your return is via AusPost, please drop your parcel off at your nearest Post Office, and we'll look after the rest!

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and processed in our warehouse (usually within 2 business days), you will receive a refund for the items returned. Refunds will be processed for online orders to your original payment method, and may take up to 5 business days to appear back in your bank account. Returns made by businesses with a trading account will receive a credit to their account, to be applied to a future invoice.
